I don't like having to moderate team mates but since no other team has moderated any UKGTR2 race since last September (!) here goes..

Jeffrey Ruskus has lapped Jose into turn three. Further on in the lap both lap a Team Oldie car and Jose misjudges Jeff's speed into the first part of the chicane causing him to leave the track.

The traffic, time and weather are slight mitigating factors but this appears a straightforward rear end shunt and I shall apply the prescribed penalty as it involves a lapped driver and not two fighting for position.

Cars allowed: any GT1 or GT2 from the UKGTR Physics Pack v2.9.5.1
Weather: Changeable, seeded from real-world conditions.
Track: Oschersleben GP 2004
Race Start Time: 19:00 (into the night race)
Pit Stops: You must make a minimum of one pit stop during which you must take on at least 1 litre of fuel and/or change at least two tyres. You cannot take a mandatory stop at the end of the pace lap, or with less than 1 lap to go.

Server: UKGTR Upper Endurance
Password: see above

Notes:
(1) Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKGTR Rules - especially the speed limiter starting procedure and the rules about in-game chat messages.
(2) Standings and schedule can be found on the championship standings page
(3) You will not be able to join the server without the car pack (see link above).
(4) Drivers may only change car once in the season without penalty.
(5) Drivers are reminded that they must select ISDN as their bandwidth, otherwise the stability of everyone's connection will be reduced.
(6) Please use the Driver Details page to ensure that the league management software has your correct GTR2 'Driving Name' (not necessarily the same as your lobby name).

Mildly excited that I can make this one as this track has grown on me and its a good, stern test at enduro length. The Lambo is also mucho fun here Smiley

Not looking forward to this one - 80 minutes in Ford GT on this track is recipe for disaster. "Left! LEFT!" ... "No, no, the other left."  Tongue

My enduro champ bid is over after getting nerfed off last round anyway by a GT1  Sad ...whilst 2nd  Roll Eyes , and yes im still bitter  Grin
Not sure whats left for me points wise now with only 2 rounds remaining, maybe an outside chance at 3rd place overall finish  Undecided but think even that relies on bad luck for fellow competitors.

Wish we had announced this just before the last round, but hope all GT1 lappers are aware there is a close battle going on in GT2 for the top 5, so i expect we will be sticking to our lines ever more rigidly and less willing to yield until sensible place on track, and Oschers does require some patience !

As for 997 suggestions Purds...yeah, slow down and let me pass next time  Wink  I did note your car was bottoming out quite badly through the fast 's' bends when i was chasing you, like the side of car was hitting the ground so your probably too soft with springs or ARB as its rolling too much  Undecided

Due to pitting problems at the last race, I only scored three more points then you at that race myself. So you'll hopefully be pleased to hear that you didn't lose as much ground on the leader as you may have suspected.
We've got two good races left to enjoy & I'm still expecting the podium places to be decided in the last event at Donni (where I'm rubbish).

i did considering i was running 2nd at the time with only Ginsters in front (Whos not in the running), so it was a very painful exit.  :'(

Looking forward to continuing the top 5 battle none the less. Even our Legends padewan rookie JPS is up there in the fight, great consistent first season for him  Cool
