Am struggling around here at the moment Was doing high 26's offline but now the server is up i'm doing a ragged 28.5 as my best. And it aint really the setup either as i tried Jorgen's and was doing just the same times though he managed to get in the 25's. Only feel like i get one corner right, the old hairpin

Only feel like i get one corner right, the old hairpin I wonder if its the ambient temperature. I went on the server last night and it was at 14 degrees, felt like someone had spread butter on the tyres I had so little braking, was overshooting almost every corner and only got one lap without an off, a low 27 when I can get well down in the 26s offline. Oh well, it'll likely be cold and wet tonight anyway.

We had a brilliant battle in a pre-season 40 minute test race with Jeff. His Aston vs my Lambo, it was so close

knew i shouldnt have bothered. Without any practise it was always going to be a nightmare in a GT1 sprint ! Qually went surprisingly well and got 10th. Not bad considering i havent driven the saleen in about 4 seasons or so ! But my cobbled together qually set up was dire in race trim and car was an evil handling mess. I slowly slipped down each spot to 14th and when it went to spit me off once more i'd had enough and buried my foot into the floor so it hit the armco harder. I'm rubbish in GT1 cars.

GT1 cars just aren't my thing & paired up with Donni... I'm not sure I should have bothered either. Race went something like this: Cut warning / spin / cut warning / spin / Stop n Go / Spin / Press escape as I got another cut. The final cut was the only one that should have been a warning. Not looking forward to dragging my butt round here two more times either.

Hmmm...my usual grim performance again here. Apologies to spanner for taking you off at Redgate, I was hoping I could hold the inside line but drifted out into you. I took a drive through, but I know I lost you a lot of time. I think I managed to keep out of everyone elses way.

Well after having fun driving the lambo at Oschersleben I was looking forward to Donington. My best lap in qually I started to run out of fuel. The possibility of pipping Ruskus with that lap was there but I really didn't want to be in front him so I was happy to just qualify 4th. I started going well and Ruskus was slowly moving away in front and I was slowly opening the gap to TT and then I was looking at the engine health on XD 2.0. It was dropping like a fly. So around lap 10 or so I just slowed down and cruised for the rest of the race as I was finally in a good position in the race for once in UKGTR. I'm not sure how XD 2.0 works of if I would have even been able to have the engine health go down close to 0% and still run the car but I didn't want to take the chance today. Did any of the other Lambo drivers use XD 2.0 and noticed a similar drop in engine health? So after a good first few laps it was a boring race but I'm happy with my 1st UKGTR Podium Tough Luck Busi that cut detection at McLean is out of line. I noticed that in practice so I made sure I steered clear of that but I still managed to get a cut warning once because of a mistake I made there. Congrats to Jon and Ruskus for completing the podium.
