Division 1 - Round 6 - Lime Rock Mountain[/b]
Round 6 of the Season 17 Div 1 championship is at Lime Rock Mountain.
This is not quite the first time Division 1 have been to Lime Rock Mountain.
It's an extended version of the original short track with some Nurburgring-like sweeps and crests to provide some extra passing opportunities ( or trips into the greenery) .
Turn 1, Lap 1, on cold tyres after a good run from the start line can cause problems and leads directly into T2 and T3, (well there's a surprise I hear you say!!
). But I mention this small detail as a warning of infinite opportunity to end both your race and someone else's so very easily...so please be careful and remember that you cannot win the race in the first half lap...but you sure as hell can lose it!!!
