The Pro rules for Amateurs has thrown up an unpredictable season so far, and the championship is far from decided. Fulvio's win was capped with the fastest lap too.

I don't know who was happier with Steve B_1_rd's second place finish, the bookmakers or Steve himself.

A good clean race with no reported incidents. The amateurs must have been taking lessons from somebody, perhaps the Novices?

So we go from the shortest lap of the season to one of the longest at Rouen.
