Wow what a race

Annoyingly i was pushing as hard as i could in qually but only ended up something like 6th GT2 so thought i'd be in for the long haul and thought i'd have a slightly longer first stint as i wasnt happy fill'in err up and wallowing around. Much to my surprise as i was slowly settling in to the race i was catching those infront and managed to get past Stewprovo, then Oily let me past and kindly decided to back the rest of them up! Meanwhile I'm gaining on Legzy and SBG decided leading was not much fun and seemed to be dropping back alot to practise his overtaking  Legzy let me past then had SBG come up and hassle me before falling off again. Was tempted to pit at half distance as the tyre wear is a bit more equal then for both stints but thought i'd carry on till about 30mins to go before pitting. Gutting to see Legzy about 10 secs up the road after the stop and with SBG 6secs behind i was in for another epic battle! Think i need to hire the GT1 vitaphone mechanics as they seem to perform miracles as well!

Then had another epic duel at the end of the race but by then I was really struggling and with a few laps to go SBG got past. Never thought i'd be racing SBG at the beggining

For me this season has been amazing, I've had some amazing races, I've surprised myself with some races and actually had some amazing racing with others. A big thanks to everyone who raced this season for making it a brilliant one, not to mention Dave and Picnic for sorting out the server and nursing it to health at times

I think the GT1 was me. I was going to wait as you were all having an epic scrap, but then you all seemed to go wide into T1 and I took my chance to get away from the melee.

Well that was a totally undeserved 3rd from me, my car was horrible and way off the pace. Just couldn't get the Ford right for this track. I couldn't even catch the Lister in front of me when he spent a whole couple of laps warming his tyres up lol, and i doubt i would of got passed H@l and TT if they hadn't of had their coming together.

The drivers championship was never in doubt, Freq was always going to win it unless he would of binned it or had a disco but I'm very happy to have come 2nd with a pretty consistant season and glad i made a fight of it.

Bit miffed we lost out on the team championship, but 2nd is very good considering we only had 2 drivers for 95% of the season.

I might not be around for a while as i need to get this lagging thing sorted. Tested my pc on h@l's line and it looks like its something on my pc so gunna reformat the whole thing or get another hard disk to test.
