Did yo admins find out what went wrong? (just curious)
Not really Alex. When we hooked up to the server after race one to see what was going on, the server was set correctly for 48 laps (we only got to lap 20).
We set the second race for 30 laps & that went the distance perfectly.  Huh

So if anybody has got Scooby-Do's number...?

Really enjoyed the 2 races even though we had the race 1 hiccup & I spent most of both races circulating alone.

First race I got a good start & just got past a couple of Prodigy Alfas at T1 into 5th place where I stayed until Ade had a grassy moment & I grabbed 4th. Then after doing a whole lap with no cars visible I got the inevitable disco.

Race 2 I grabbed the lead at the start & made my escape as teammate Ade did his best to confuse the opposition laugh. Then just drove as hard as I could hoping that no one would catch me. All was going well until 3 cars I was about to lap tangled at T1 & I lost 2-3 seconds negotiating the wreckage, this allowed Ade to get within striking range & he managed to nudge his way past on the final lap, grrrrr. Great chase there Ade  thumbup2

Shame about the race 1 problem, but still a great evenings entertainment.

Sorry it's taken me so long to make any comments, only my computer had shut down on Friday and was locked out - not a peep.  My man came today and I'd had my PSU trip, probably due to a mains power surge.

What a difference practice makes - I can fess up now I've raced here earlier this year with my Antipodean colleagues, early Sunday mornings.  We had 3 X 20 lappers including an Alfa, although most of practice was in my Team Race Mustang - not available here.  Not that it worried me as the Yank Tanks tyres went well before 20 laps allowing the more nimble cars to get down the inside at the slower corners.

Race 2 well brilliant, although I didn't get chance to see how long the race was so I stayed with 49 laps worth of fuel again.  Qualified well and had a good start this time and think I got up to 6th at one point and lost a position but was able to maintain a steady gap back to the next driver Oily I think.  Then I had a spun stationary/facing the wrong way Falcon and just didn't have space to get around it without inducing a spin.  This allowed Oily through but I pasted him again when he had an off.  He got by me again and then after a battle lost another place to a Mini.  Had a couple of minor offs onto the grass so decided to settle for I think 9th.  My best position in this league I think but no official data - bah humbug.  Huh
