Could you tell me where is the pit entry? Does the fuel consumption times 2 mean that if you want to drive say 4 laps and then fill it up, you have to start with fuel for 8 laps and then take the same amount after the 4 laps?

Pit entry is on the right at the exit of the chicane at the end of the long straight. It isn't at the tourist centre where you start from. Did a few laps in the Capri & did 8.04 in daylight & 8.10 in the dark. Both laps had 3-4 mistakes so could probably knock 4-5s off that. We'll see tonight

As I don't like to race GT cars at a rally stage road, I will try to be there at least to set a quali time for race, that allows me to get points for the team.

There is an option under your 'Realism' settings that you can set it to '2x Fuel' for offline testing (That's GTR2 )). If you've been testing offline & have not changed that setting, then yes... just double the amount of fuel you were using. If you have been practicing online, the server has been set all week to '2x Fuel', so the consumption would have been correct while online. Hope that helps

Thanks guys! Sooooo the fuel consumption for 8 laps online is going to be 8 laps, no matter what is in my realism settings?

That sounds right If you go online now & drive for 8 laps without running out... you'll be able to do it again in the race tonight I'm far more concerned about trying to fit some kind of force-field around my car in the hope I'll survive a few scrapes with barriers .

I have no intention to drive 8 laps practise sessions at Nord. Two or three laps are more than enough in practise . But thanks for clearing this out for me!

Pit entry is on the right at the exit of the chicane at the end of the long straight. It isn't at the tourist centre where you start from. Yup, please all racing tonight make sure you are familiar with the correct mid-race pit entry is!Like Geoffers said, pit entry is on the right just after the chicane at the end of the long long long straight. (not in the car park half-way down that straight, that you come out of in practice/qually sessions). Also, try to look after your headlights on lap one as it'll make your driving a lot quicker later in the race!

Pits! Had not read the 1st page. My garage says 3 laps on a full tank in online prac. is that 2x already or is it really 1.5 laps? so that will be either 2 stops or more. and 8 laps! nice one Legzy I expect there will be only a few cars still limping round on lap 8. anyone who stays intact and has the patience to keep going is likely to be a high place finisher whatever their pace is.
Ahhh, ok, ta for the update Legzy. what I get online is already x2

You can't get x2 fuel offline, this is a server only function. This means that ,until the actual race online, you do not know how the tyres are going to wear. Another recipe for disaster???

The server has been up all week for practice & tyre wear would be exactly the same on or off line. & when was the last recipe for disaster?
