Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 2149s

Alex is ahead and flashes Ruskus through, Goldtop behind seems to misjudge his braking as he goes to follow Ruskus through then sees Alex. In locking up though it send him into Alex.

This spins Goldtop ending up in the middle of the track facing the apex.

It takes some time to restart his engine who then drives forward as PR is coming round.

Alex has request no penalty for the first part and PR hasnt responded to the second incident so only a warning is given to be more careful. Both W_Tony and Oily had managed to get past on the inside while Goldtop was stationary showing there was room and the better action would have been to reverse away from the corner, however it is appreciated the lack of vision made judgement difficult.

Secondly, an apology to Alex (I think it was) for knocking you off track which led to this incident; I didn't realise you were letting Jeff through on the corner and I had nowhere to go to avoid you.
No problemo. It was just a minor tap and from what I saw in the replay you came out far more worse than I did.
At that point I already was clueless about track positions. Normally I gauge if I'm being overtaken with the help from the gap times on the pitboard and the closing speed.
This time I made a mess of it and I think I gave away two places at the end of the race to you and WT. Me idiot... again.

Oh.. somebody filed a track report but I couldn't find a name  Huh

That was one of the most fun races I've had recently, censored marvelous.

Briefly got into 2nd place at the start, but Dan's Elite was much better on the brakes. Had several laps in 3rd with Jeff & Dan gradually pulling away & Ade gradually catching me up. I was just thinking about letting teammate Ade past, as he was clearly faster than me, when I got out of shape at T2 & took to the grass. Just recovered in front of Oily & PR & then had several laps with them taking turns snapping at my back bumper like a pair of Jack Russells  helpsmilie

Eventually they managed to sneak past at the double hairpin, I held on for a couple of laps but gave it too much welly out of T1 & spun which let Simon & Tinman past. By now the tyres were toast & I only just held on to 8th at the end   thumbup1

Congrats to Dan, Jeff & Ade & thanks for a great midrace battle to Oily & PR  thumbup2

I wondered why you let me through so easily at the end Alex. Maybe keep your tabs switched on so you can see who's approaching - horrible way for you to lose a place.

As for the report, it was me who submitted it. I felt that I'd made a bad misjudgement and that the consequences were severe enough to warrant it. No blame on you whatsoever.
