The second of four rounds of a special GT3 Endurance Series to fill those long June Sunday evenings whilst we sort out Season 10. This race coincides with the 24H of Le Mans in the real world.Practice 1: | 20:00 | (10 mins) | Qual 2: | 20:10 | (20 mins) | Race: | 20:30 | (80 mins) | note: no warmup! | Cars allowed: any GT3 from the UKGTR Physics Pack v2.9.5.1Weather: changeable, seeded from real-world conditions at the start of the event. Track: Le Mans 24H 'revived' v1.0.0.0 - download from here. Race Start Time: 14:00Pit Stops: You must make a minimum of one pit stop during which you must take on at least 1 litre of fuel and/or change at least two tyres. You cannot take a mandatory stop at the end of the pace lap, or with less than 1 lap to go.Be warned that the thirstier cars will almost certainly need to make two fuel stops.Server: UKGTR Summer Password: see aboveNotes:(1) Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKGTR Rules - especially the speed limiter starting procedure and the rules about in-game chat messages.(2) Standings and schedule can be found on the championship standings page(3) You will not be able to join the server without the skin and ballast pack and track pack (see links above). (4) Drivers may only change car once in the season without penalty. (5) Drivers are reminded that they must select ISDN as their bandwidth, otherwise the stability of everyone's connection will be reduced.(6) Please use the Driver Details page to ensure that the league management software has your correct GTR2 'Driving Name' ( not necessarily the same as your lobby name). (7) Note that the track is relatively heavy on frame rates, so if necessary turn your shadows and other graphical settings down to ensure that you get a decent number of FPS.

Any one done any long runs yet? got bored easily!
Anyway, in the 350Z for me but running 2 rads, and dropping the revs down 200 and in the longest gear I'm still sitting on the limiter for a few secs into both chicanes and Indianapolis. After about 3 laps i was down to 95% health. Not convinced it will last the 80mins!

I've downloaded the track three times & when I try to install it tells me the "installer integrity check has failed". Any chance of a Humyo link please Dave, Filefront is a pile of haddock these days.

Here's interesting info I took some days ago on the server:
Top speeds (in km/h), could vary 1 or 2 km/h up/down
Viper - 290 BMW Z3 - 287 350z - 284 Porsche - 283
Elise - 268 (lol) Gillet - 264 (lol)

4:21 on race fuel in the 350Z so it's not bad.

Did a quick run in the Porka and was red lining sixth gear half way down the straight despite it being maxed out engine reliability was dropping light a fruit machine...might be a short race..would question whether these GT3 cars are appropriate for such a circuit

The 811 has a massive straight line advantage over everything but the Viper anyway and I can see the latter needing 2 stops for fuel...

One of those occasions when taking part is more important then winning (yup, that's right... I finished at the back ) Far from a Stella performance by me, kept missing braking points by a mile, but I enjoyed it none the less. First time I've ever been on Le Mans in GTR2, so that was nice to do. Enjoying having a blast in these GT3's too. Would be great to see them aired more & at some twisty tracks (hang on... I'm turning into MJ ) Cheers guys.
