Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 377s

RufBTR is carving his way back through the field having taken Blaz out in an unreported incident at Rivage on the first lap. He comes up the inside of Don (wobble) at Blanchimont, and Don runs wide, going off into the barriers and wrecking his race.

Whilst I'm mindful that Don could've braked earlier and harder than normal and helped Ruf through, and that they were technically racing for position, Ruf was behind the NGT car because of an incident which was his own fault. The pass on Don was a little impatient and could have been completed either after Blanchimont, after the Bus Stop, or even down the hill towards Eau Rouge.

Make sure you eat a Mars bar before you start, you'll need the energy to make it through this real long slog.  Cheesy

And I thought holidays were supposed to be good for you!
Sounds like a nightmare, how do you cope if you can't sit?

It was mountain biking in the Alps so I kinda knew I'd injure myself at some point sooner or later, I've a long history of it  Wink :'(
Half days with a hot water bottle on my thigh and I'm cool though. I'm hoping I might be alright by Sunday but as it's an extra long race I think it's a bit of a long shot  Smiley

Doh!

Race was going fine, until I stuck it into the wall after my pitstop.  All this was after I threw it in the wall at Eau Rouge lap 1, and amazingly got away with it.

Didn't do any practice so didn't expect anything out of it.  Not enjoying racing as much as I did - just burnt out I think Sad

Good steady race in the G3 class for me, no spins at all which makes a nice change at Spa.  Must admit its a bit lonely lapping in the G3, wish more of the div 2 guys would show up so we could have a bit of a battle.
Hope I didnt get in the way of the quick guys to much, tried to pull over when I could and let you all by.

I had a lot of fun, but had wrong pitstop strategy. and a got a stop & go. still finished 7e place. in the last 15 minutes i was gaining fast seconds on the number 6 driver, just needed a extra few laps to go into a fight.  i was getting ready for that, but suddenly end of race.  Smiley checkerd flag.

Oh the hell with this!!!!  Angry

I just sucked and sucked, first part was OK, but after a spin I just shot backwards.  Got boxed in with Jamera as Rich was passing me at the same time, tried to slow down enough, but punted Jamera off  :'(

Struggled round with a massively oversteering Saleen until I got to a piststop window, car was better after that but spun off when Jon lapped me, then spun massively at the top of Eau Rouge limped back to the pits with 2 punctures, then quit as I was last GT and had no chance of improving that.

I'm totally hacked off with that race and with the Saleen, and with GT cars in general.  I might try a different car again, but maybe not, I just can't get on terms in the GT's and I'm falling out with them big-time  :'(
