This is not a thread for requests (I don't think Wink) but if you could choose any P&G car to drive in a race of similar standard cars, what would you drive?

I'd have a tough time choosing myself. I guess for me it would come down to either:
a) TR4
b) Abarth Gr5

Though I have a feeling the 911 RSR & possibly Alpine are not too far behind... & I did have a great time in the Daytona once  Undecided

I guess in the end I'd plum for driving the Abarth, it's just pure gold solid fun! rockon

hmm, too many to list really Legzy. I still havent driven half the cars available in P&G yet  Shocked

But my faves so far are the RSR (naturally Wink ) and the IROC, the Jag E-Type L/weight, the mustang Transam and several of the US muscle cars.
Also love the 914s and 906's and GT40  Cool

The cortina Mk1s are pretty cool but they seemed better in an earlier release of P&G when you could really drive them like the real thing, getting a corner off the ground all the time.(might be a setup thing).

That is such a hard question Legzy, there are so many great cars to drive, but my faves are....

Ferrari 275 Speciale
- beautiful car & sounds cools. I've always got a big grin when driving it  Grin
Corvette C2 coupe - my fave yank tank, great fun drifting it round Mosport
Lotus Elan - beautifully balanced and so easy to drive. Also the first car I've travelled in, my dad had one when I was born. Sadly my mum got him to sell it  Sad
Abarth Gp5 - just throw this baby into corners with gay abandon  Cool

I just hope PnG 3.0 will bring us even more great cars.  Kiss

Lotus Elan
Mustang transam
Porsche IROC
AC cobra

least favorite:

Jaguar mk2 (rubbish)
Ford falcon (might be decent on an oval)
Austin healey (bit less rubbish)

911 IROC
Penske L88 Vette
Lotus Cortina Works

Least favorite...
Healey, but I'll be forced to drive it half the season at R2P this coming season.

911 RSR
IROC

The Healey Mk2 is dreadful but the Mk1 seems quite nice.

Haven't driven them all yet, but my favourites so far:

Cortinas, in particular the GT
Mini 970S
906/906-E
Elan

Can't drive any of the tanks except maybe for the vette Z06 and L76.

Looking forward to the new season here and of course the hopefully imminent arrival of V3 Cool

Z06, 350 and 250 in that order. In fact I like all GT class Smiley Outside that, the 911's holds some interest and the others, especially FWD, I can live without.

I race in a series where we were asked to pick our fave three outta GT class and all were plonked in one of their choice based on their pace. It really provided an excellent series for all involved.

anyone given the little 914's a good run? They are great little grunty race cars in this mod. I think we should have a 914 round somewhere fitting, the racing would be close and intense.  Cool

Hello everyone.
Follow you always though unfortunately I could not attend to your "fun event".
My favorite car is the Ford GT 40.
I installed the "PNG" just to run with that car but .. I never ran with her ...

I hope to come back with you very soon

Ferrari 275 GTB. It has enough power, handles nicely, but is also smooth enough to be fun whether you want to get tail happy or not.

Hate all the muscle cars, not a fan of the 70s cars at all either.
