  • Truetomadvice — Tokens Debt = 4 Tokens — 20.0 championship point(s)

Server replay time: 150s

Matt Rowe badly misjudges his approach to turn three on lap one of the race. He makes contact with Lelero who in turn can not avoid colliding with Manteos. Both VDA drivers end up losing five or six places as a result.
I accept Matt's explanation for not waiting in this instance with 28 cars on the track and know from first-hand experience he has waited in other circumstances. Given that Matt must have realised he was responsible for the accident, he might have considered a self-imposed drive through instead. (Easy I know with hindsight to suggest).
Given that the accident occurred on the first lap where drivers are urged to be cautious, I have no option but to impose the two place penalty prescribed.

Tried out 3 very different cars and they were all great fun. Im in low 47's with a couple of the cars in the 7-9 token bracket  Kiss
If MJ's doing 47's... I'll probably aim for about that kind of laptime too.
Server is up & with a handfull of us on now... Wink

Hmmm, I'm thinking 1:47's might be a little slow MJ as I managed 1:48.3 in the Abarth (2 Tokens) & 1:46.0 & with potentially a few seconds more to come in the Alpine (4 Tokens). A couple of our VDA friends were in the Alpine & both doing about mid 1:43's Shocked.

So I'll probably aim at at laptimes somewhere closer to 43's personally now I think, though I have to say, the Abarth was yet again a hoot to drive! Grin

Hi guys Smiley. Just to let You know, I've organized a Single race on Wednesday in the VDA server with the Alpina 1300.
The race will have the same rules of the the champ race, but it's just a train and an opportunity to have fun for us.

Server name: VDA P&G
Qualif session will start at 8.30 pm (Uk Timezone:))
Race: 8.50 pm

All your members are Welcome, for the password, just send me a pm if you want to race with us Smiley

Cu Smiley

I edit myself:): Choose the car you would choose for the race. However, most of us will be with Alpine 1300.

Hi Manteos,
Can I have your server password please?
I might not make it tomorrow, but I might jump on it tonight if anybody is on it to drive with while our server is not available.

Thanks
Chris

NOTE: Should be online from about 8:30pm+

I'm gonna make the rFactor race this evening, if i don't answer to your pm for the password... that's the cause.

Don't make troubles to ask it to your members (Legzy, lazlow, Bill, Blunder, Mark Jonzo, 57 goldtop). However I think I'm gonna retire early...

Cu!
