Felt in the need for some racing tonight so downloaded the track and got it installed and tested just before 8. Joined and did some laps in the Alfa GTA before I was pursuaded in to the Alfa Romeo GTA Volumetrico. Went a couple of seconds quicker and then discovered I needed to change the final gear ration to get longer gearing rather than changing the cogs Trouble was my stupid ADSL reset just after the 1st lap so no race really Reset 3 times since then, it's having one of those nights

Not so much things to say about my race... Good qualif time, that let me start in 7 th position, and after a really good start in which I gained the 4th position, I had to give up lap after lap to Mike Miller & Paul, that was a bit faster on the pace with the Z06. I finished in 4th position with a thrilling final lap with API, that has made a great come back during the final laps when my tyres get worned, and he finished back to me only for a half second... After the finish line, I've done 200 meters in a wrong way, and the game decided to DQ me , even if the race was finished... It was never happened to me yet! Unfortunately, Lele lost the control of his car at the 3rd lap throwing to the wind an easy win of the drivers championship, but it will be for the next time! Grats to Paul for the championship victory with his regularity on placings, very good driving man! Thanks to all the other drivers that joined the races in this fantastic league! As ever, it's always a pleasure to race with you guys... hope to see you soon for the next season or for some fun event with P&G!!! However for the 2nd time I've to thanks my few but good VDA mates that followed me til the end of the champ, and even for this timedemonstrated that the VDA got a good skill with the P&G mod, winning again the team championship !!! Cheers guys!!!

That was a fun race! I dashed back from work for the race, grabbed a bite to eat, just in time for qually, but I didn't get a good time on the board. The race was great lots of close racing with Jonzo, Clive, Geoffers and a few others. It was tough in the Cobra, if you get the esses wrong you have to back off to avoid the polos & you're letting others have a chance to get the inside line at the hairpin. It was a manic last lap, both MJ and I had a poor exit onto the back straight letting Geoffers past, I tried to go a little wide to get the inside line to the last turn but slid off into the gravel gifting my place back to MJ Thanks Legzy & Wilts Tony for organising everything!

God fun that! Strange start, I had a good one but only saw about 3 cars in front of me until I rammed someone up the rear! No obvious damage for both cars? so continued, the rest of the cars then immediately appeared! Very Strange! Had good fun making up the 4 places I lost at the start and then was closing on those in front.. Eventually got past my team mate API, but had to work really hard to keep in front of him, eventually my tyres were really starting to complain, just like the last race and I could hold him off no longer! Gutted to see Wiltshite Tony catching me big time over the last 3 laps, knew it was going to be close but as he caught me under the same situation in one of our previous races I really didn't want it to happen again! A big lung into the last corner didn't work out and I strapped o=ver the line for, I thought 6th!? but results show 5th! Not complaining! Big Thanks to Legzy and Wiltshire Tony for an excellent first season with PnG, I think we have all learned a lot and really enjoyed it! I think the racing has been great particularly in the last 4 races, roll on Season 2 ! Thanks all, wouldn't have been the same without the rest of you! M.

What a fantastic introduction to PnG, never a dull moment and looking at the graph I reckon our group had the most fun.
Couldn’t get anywhere near my best in qually due to traffic and finally ended up 6th, I think.
At the start I followed Geoffer’s suggestion and programmed a button on my wheel for the clutch. Worked a treat but, just as Tim predicted, the white car in front didn’t move. This ended up with an exchange of paint with the red car behind.
Was well and truly mugged through the first two corners and ended up about twelfth.
Then I discovered that the Cobra 289 Coupe, whilst being good over a lap, was just about the slowest thing on the straight. Think I might had been better off with the Jag but you live and learn.
I then had a marvellous time trying to reclaim the places that I had lost. But not before Legzy had passed me with a neat slipstreaming move down the straight. And I seem to remember something that looked like a silver aircraft carrier doing the same thing to me on the previous lap.
Had a good scrap with Legzy and finally passed him when he made an error at T8.
I think that I was then trying to pass Mark for a few laps but he was so quick down the straight that even if I got my nose in front he just came back past. Finally I messed up at T4 and only just missed the concrete tyres at T5.
That allowed a clutch of red things past. I think that one must have been W-Tony and the others were Tim and Geoffers. We had a really good battle and again I found my car was a slug on the straight. I managed to pass Tim eventually with a move that seemed to last from T4 to T8 and thankfully this brought me up behind Mark again just as he went wide at the complex before the main straight. I think that made me 8th but that seems to have been converted to 7th by PnG having a go at Manteos. That’s a bit harsh.
I think that I must owe an apology to Geoffers for a shoulder barge at the start of the straight when I was concentrating on Tim in front of me. Sorry about that Geoffers.
Grats to Paul on his championship win and thanks to Tony and Legzy for their efforts in running the race.
More please!

Great race to conclude a wonderful first season of PnG. I chose the fezza because it seemed to offer the most potential fun for me. It was quick enough in a straight line and had good agility through the corners which I reckoned would give me some good racing. This paid off in the early laps and I was able to gain some places through taking different lines to the heavy metal brigade. As the race went on I was soon reeled in and was unable to get close enough to threaten the pack ahead of me: Matt, Tim, Clive and Geoffers. The rest of the race was a bit lonely except towards the end of the race, when Tony seemed to appear from nowhere and left me standing. I then had a couple of entertaining laps with a recovering Keith who I think was unsure if he should unlap himself or not to keep me interested to the end. Thanks for all the hard work put into organising this and I look forward to the next season

Another good race for me, even though I wasn't expecting much. The Z06 was a no brainer with only 6 tokens to play with, and most of my rivals took the same. Lele was clearly on the pace, as was Manteos, but Matt in his L72 was always going to start from pole. I ended up 4th behind Matt, but for some reason he had an awful start (didn't move) which completely killed my start (and caught Blunder out too I think. The first few laps were great fun fighting back from 11th, and somehow the train managed to avoid a huge smash in the esses. In the end I was up to 5th and chasing down Manteos when I saw that Lazlow had retired (really unlucky m8 ) and also saw Lele slide wide at the 2nd slow right. The next time I saw him was in the pits where he showed as 21st, so both the drivers ahead of me in the championship were effectively out - I just needed 11 points more than them to win. Had a good little battle with Manteos, although I did give him a friendly punt up the exhausts at the last corner when I misjudged his early braking - sorry about that We both survived intact though and I passed him a lap or so later. The rest was a run to finish chasing a very quick Mike Miller. I might have just about kept up with you Mike but there was no need to take risks and I had the feeling I'd be visiting the polos if I did. In the end I was gifted 3rd when Mike's PC hung near the end - very unlucky in your first race after such a strong run. Congrats to PR and Matt, who were miles quicker than our Z06s. Slightly embarrased to take the championship when Lele and Lazlow looked odds on to beat me, but it's nice to have a (virtual) trophy for a change. Big thx to Legzy and Tony for organising everything - really great racing all season with a good mix of drivers all in contention right to the end.

Yes, sorry, forgot to say well done to the VDA boys Great to have you all racing with us over the last 2 seasons. Just a shame we didn't see more of you this season Ayrton as I think the result would have been very different!

Thx Paul . I'm very happy to have brought here a lot of VDA guys, but unfortunately most of them got a fake internet connection, particularly Ayrton that since this summer has no chances to have a stable connection . I'm sure that the VDA team will race again in the next season of P&G champ, because there are a lot of users in VDA that likes so much this awesome mod, and racing with you it's always funny! From January I'll have some troubles to race on Tuesdays, because will start the GTRItalia champ, in which I'm engaged with my Teammate Gavino (Ayrton) and we'll race every 2 weeks just on tuesday ... However I'm just thinking that in that case I have the solution, and surely I'll find a new TM possibly with a good knowledge of english (maybe King could be the man ), to take my place in case of coincidence of events, but I hope sincerly I won't need it News about Season 2 of P&G?!? Cu guys!

Thanks Tony and Legzy for an excellent series, being one of the slower drivers (it's my age y'know) I really appreciate the voucher idea. It gives me a chance to race against people who would normally be miles ahead of me. Last night I had a good start and avoided all the accidents but then screwed up on Lap 5, accelerated too hard/early and went onto the grass and then accelerated too late on a corner and ran wide. I lost about 20 secs I think and let Bully by. I chased him for number of laps just about holding a 7.5 sec deficit, then slowly started to reel him in as his tyres wore, eventually driving past him on the inside in one of the long fast corners and gradually drew away. Great fun.
Congratuations to my Kerb Crawlers Boss, Paul as the individual champion and VDA as the team champions.
Looking forward to Le Mans next week.

Race (pre-crash)> Had a slow start...got myself boxed in and dropped a few places...no big deal, i knew had the pace of some of the cars in front of me. Next lap i set myself a race target of reeling in API's 'CASC' GT350R. However this wasn’t to happen :'( One of the dudes up front must of made a mistake - and rejoined the track reversing onto the race line & into me! (it was a real D'Derby PS1 flash-backmoment for me). Luckily the engine managed to survive – and i limped back to pits for extensive repairs. Race (post-crash) After that lengthy pit stop, it was foot down to: a) unlap myself the best i could, and b) not come last. Legzy and 57goldtop kept me entertained during the unlapping process However i could only do so much during the remaining laps...plus the GT350R was moving around increasing more with tyre wear (still great to drive) – and didn’t wanna get too close to them concrete tyres! . I managed to grab 15th position on the final corner which was happy ending to race could have been so much better. Grats to the podium dudes!

Yeah, sorry about the poor start, my starts are usually poor, but that one was rubbish even by my standards clicked into gear on the green light, and it eventually moved with some wheelspin I think, have not got around to making the clutch work yet. I was pole until the dying moments of Qual, when PR put in one a few hundredths better :'( I found extra speed after joing the session, as although it was hardly flashing the rev limit, putting the final drive up one click gave me 157 on the straight instead of 151.... I may have still been competitive, but no way would I have managed a 7 in qual.
