Well i thought i'd get the ball rolling here. My first race with the GT1/GTC cars, so i have only tested a few and still need to make a decision on which car and class to go in. Lots of choice again so i doubt i will get to test them all but at least if last week was anything to go by the racing will be good close stuff!

I was looking forward to this, but the Aston isn't so nice. I'm spinning the rears all the time, struggling with traction but managed a 1.36. Annoyingly my first flying lap in a car i've never driven before but admittedly its the 550, i went quicker than i've managed in the Aston so far.

Dropping down into GTC 997 for this, the GT1Aston is too much hard work for my poorly thumb, managed a mid 43 with hard front, med rear + 100l of fuel, so I'm happy after my first practice.

Well that ended fast... start of 2nd lap to be precise. I'm not mad at you but it was a bit crazy aproaching my rear end with that speed though!

Quali'd badly to start with, then dc'd with 8 mins to go, came back, had chance for 2 runs, was punted off by GT1's on both occasions. Started from back with 125 mins of fuel, hard/hard, with plan to go well into race before a quick change of fronts only....I wish!!!!! front hards only just made it to 40 mins at 78% wear, had a small spin and was collected by a GT40, sorry to whoever that was. Too much damage to continue, was just causing probs for other peeps, so quit out. Hope to see you all next week.

After the disasterous laps in concentration i was kicking my self while also trying to drive a damaged car. Was working my way through the GTC's but with the leader catching me though and the tyres getting increasingly worn and the car handling getting worse i thought i'd quit out.
