Lights don't work, no. Sad Was strange in the first start and even better in the second. Cheesy Sorry Span. Wink
Well, I got to know the track and I still don't like it. That aside, I don't think it'd make a good racing ground, not even in a single class race. God forbid multiclass. Too narrow and alternate corners force driver to take the whole track and half of this could be interpreted as blocking, though in fact it's not. Very hard to overtake, even with more than one second faster laptime.
Was hard to drive after Jose, had to keep a bit of safety distance and that meant I couldn't get close enough for a braking overtake. Finaly got by with a bit of the forced move on the outside and as sbg said I probably wouldn't do it in the actual race. Sad
API got close at the end, Gallardo is quick here if you can squeeze it through corners. I couldn't. Sad

This is a tough track & it's taken me time to decide... but I quite like it.

Jumped in the Gallado shortly before the race started & it felt lovely, I just couldn't manage to finish a timed lap Grin
Made it safer & safer bit by bit, trying not to spoil the most enjoyable 'feel' of the car. In qually I was still working out the race setup but managed to get my time down to about 2:10 in the final few seconds & with more to come I was sure.

The race started, before it started for some people Roll Eyes laugh
With 6 out of twelve people already in the pit & myself now in 2nd place... there was no point in anything but a restart & I swerved backwards & forwards across the track keeping people behind me as I typed...

The race go going again & was quite fun actually. Was pretty much with Pete the whole way. He lost it a couple of times from what looked like getting too much power down to quickly & I lost it a couple of times because my back-end was still too loose.
I thought the Gallado was quick in a straight line... well boy was his Seat fast! He managed to tear past me on the straights a few times, but the Gallado has good brakes & it was a good match up I thought.

Would be happy to see that track again Smiley

p.s. Can we introduce standing starts to our league races? Tongue Wink

Well, I think standing start would go ok if Spanner was a bit more to the back if the lights would work as they should. Smiley

Sorry Span, can't resist. Grin

I thought that by now people would be used to the fact that the lights procedure STARTS when either the countdown goes to 00:00 or the message "Full grid" (or something like that) appears. Still people messed up, twice!! Grin
