Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 353s

Coming into Esse corner (T8) one the first lap Rob is following Goldtop closely. Goldtop locks up slightly on entry and misses the apex slightly but carries round until Rob hits his RH rear corner, spinning him round.
In the braking zone Rob does have to check-up a bit and lock up slightly so he should have realised Goldtop wasnt going as quickly as he was, but then appears to drive into him. This is the first lap and Rob should have known to be more cautious when following someone that closely on relatively cold tyres/ brakes at the start of the race.

The season finalé takes us to South America.

In GT2, Gazza looks to have sewn up the drivers title already, but 2nd place is still very much up for grabs, with Jose and Shark very close, and Jon Moore still in with a shout if he wins. The team championship has gone to the Sharks, and Ferrari have an unassailable lead in the manufacturers championship.

In GT3, the title is still up for grabs; Picnic needs at least 3rd to seal the deal; can API and Lazlow spoil his party? The team championship is even closer; the Sharks are just 2 points ahead of the Oldies. Only the manufacturers crown won't go down to the wire, with BMW outscoring Porsche again to seal the deal, and Nissan only able to secure 3rd place.

Having missed the last two races because of my holiday i'm looking forward to getting back into the league at Interlagos. Its a track i'm very familiar with so i don't anticipate having to do a lot of practice for this one. Hoping for another good result, may take the Ferrari again although as it is the last race of the season i think i'm right in saying i'm free to change as i wish since i haven't changed car yet. Will test some cars out and see. Definately hoping the weather isn't like the F1 quali!

You're not in a particular championship fight anyway so the points charge for changing cars wouldn't affect you anyway. Wink

p.s. This race will coinincide with my 38th birthday so I'm obviously expecting everyone to let me win. Cheesy

Been trying to do something with a BiT here. Another Marcos Cheesy nice car, very powerful with much understeer but I'm 2 sec slower than in 997 RSR.
Still don't know what to drive on GT2 S11. Any suggestions? Smiley

Well I'm thinking the GT2 lap record is going to be smashed. I managed to equal it on my 2nd lap while still on pretty much default settings laugh

Think there is a bit more variation in the "lower" classes TT and I'll be heading there in S11 I think. The Spiker for example yes

Well I'm thinking the GT2 lap record is going to be smashed.

For sure, as long as it doesn't rain  Wink After the last couple of GP's it wouldn't feel right if it doesn't. Oddly, going around here evokes a load of memories when I haven't been within 1000 miles of it. The sim stuff is still great fun, big kid you say Smiley

Yea, was also thinking that way. Hmm, never did give TVR a serious thought before.
