If you factor in getting a few $iR back on the participation credits this becomes very cheap. However, I suspect the participation credit won't last more than a season or two.

The membership growth since the prices came down and private Hosting became available has been pretty good, participation in the official series at the higher classes has been up so I suspect they're doing this to tie in a significant part of the membership to a longer term commitment.

I won't get any participation credits as I'm not planning on doing any public races.

But, under the assumption that league racing will continue for the next 13 months, I've gone and taken this offer to add to the 3 months I just bought. I must be mad!

Still not bought any of the new cars or tracks yet as I don't have time to try them until TSPortal v1.0 is out of beta.

I resubbed to july 2011. I can't imagine not getting 45 quids worth from a year, even if it turns out not to be exactly what I want.

Even if I were only subbing so I could join in the SRouk league racing I think I'd have gone for it.
