I'm missing some rally action Sad I know the best one is RBR but it is pretty difficult and i was never quite happy with the pace notes so was having to do the stages a few times just to try and learn them which misses the point! Having tried the Dirt 2 demo i was horrified that its become a need for speed clone with racing but in a dirt setting rather than a 'rally' game, not sure there was any pace notes. Didnt the latter CMR games have strange car movements? any thoughts on V-rally, rallysports challenge or do i need to go older?

You can check out Xpand rally, IIRC it felt pretty good and it still looks rather nice.

I use corner indicators for RBR, works nice. not realistic ok, but the game is hard enough already.

Always found there's too much understeer in RBR, never could get motivated to learn it. Sad I think I drove Rally Championship 2000 or something like that once. Was cool, if a bit hard for me. Wink Oh, that was the keyboard era.
