Sorry folks but I lost the line etc on that T1 combination and was lapped in no time.  Not an excuse for my exit but I have had a sore on the ball of my right foot which racing only makes worst - despite a thick thermal sock.  So I quit to save my foot for another day.

Bill

Ps my wife recons I should stop racing until it heals completely.

Well that was a strange one. Arrived at T1 only to realise that I had no ffb  Shocked Thought about quitting, but then everyone started to fall off/bump into each other/wave me past Grin and when I found myself in third, I reckoned my luck must have been in.

I was soon caught and passed, and settled into a steady pace, just hoping to finish and pick up a few points to carry forward. My luck returned on the last lap when Matt and Tony tangled which gifted me another position. On reflection, I maybe should have let Matt (Edit or was it Tibs)repass under the circumstances but I was a little too excited to think at the time. Feel free to change if I was out of order.

Dunno what happened with the ffb; I could feel the kerbs, but nothing else. When I returned for race 2 my ffb was rock hard and my digi cockpit laptimer was showing blank Huh  I've redone my plr and everything seems ok now, but I'll see how it goes. Never had anything like this happen before, maybe time for a reinstall?

Grats to Paulo and the rest of the pody and all those who finished/took part - a shame there weren't a few more.

I guess this was one of those races that everything runs well.
Haven't done any mistake (which helped).
With a clear track in front while all of the guys were battling, allowed me to pull away
and finish with an unnatural gap for the 2nd position.
Congrats to all.
Hats off to Alex that made a pit stop and never quit race although been 2 laps down.  Cool
Get well fast and well Bill.

Cheers.

Well I got that all wrong, but my eyes were on stalks at the time.

Had a look at the replay and it appears that Phil in 3rd lost it on the last lap and was unfortunately collected by Tibs in 4th which allowed me to take 2 positions. Think I'll go buy a lottery ticket now Grin

Hats off to Alex that made a pit stop and never quit race although been 2 laps down.  Cool

Miscalculated fuel so had to go for a splash and dash  Embarrassed

Hope you can race soon again Bill.
Perhaps you can use auto-clutch or use your other foot to brake?
