How does PnG tell you that a SnG is needed?

I guess that in GTR2 they yell at you on the radio?
hmm, don't know. Feel free to give it a test and let us know Undecided

im not sure using the over-zealour srouk version is a good idea with these more wayward classic beasts. Any close or hard racing around the chicanes often results in someone getting out of shape or taking avoiding action and these cars are far more fun oversteering through some of the turns anyway. It would ruin many peoples races for no good reason. Cant we just apply our normal 'gentlemens' attitude and just say dont deliberately cut and if seen doing so in race or qually can be reported for it and slapped. Otherwise i can see it ending in tears and people quitting the race early with a S&G. Just my take on it. angel

LOL

Never mind about out of shape, with the brakes I have on the Mustang I can see a few getting a punt up the bunty on the way into the chicane.

Not just from me you understand.  Grin

I respectfully disagree. Go slower, avoid s & g's. Simples Smiley The unfettered version is just too vague for me. With that you will get people doing different things, all within the rules, which seems unfair to me. Go with the worse of two evils?

Whichever version of track we choose, surely it makes sense to drive accordingly and not have to have a post mortem on who raced fairly or otherwise. Personally for these events, I favour the less restricted version but I'm happy to go with either.

I just did some testing at Monza and the corner marshals are spot on with there cut monitoring. Much improved over the stock version.
The Gr5 NKT is fast, but I won't be driving it unless Ian or Ade force my hand.

After a bit more testing, I would argue that the GR5 Stang is an unnecessary option. The others are very well balanced for me, and a hoot to drive, but that GR5 stang is over a second faster. If you want to drive a Stang then use the GR2 one.

I'm guessing I'm not the only one having Braking 'issues' with it though - For less alien drivers I suspect it'll be as much a detriment as an advantage  Wink

Am still slowly getting the Fezza's times down as I'm determined to drive her  angel

Nope.  Tongue

GR 5 for me thanks.  Might keep you in sight then.

Won't matter anyway if I get another screen freeze!  Angry

Maybe  Wink The thing is, if someone on the same pace as me, you, whoever chooses the GR5 Stang and I/we are in the others then we will not see them. It just doesn't fit here, especially as the others are so closely matched.

As far as I understand it, these races have a free choice and no-one bears responsibility to manufacture a closer race.
