What is the weather going to be doing for this one? Had my last practice tonight and i could only guess at what conditions will be like!
All things considered I think it better be dry. Some people will have a hard enough time not cutting the corners without rain! I have raced Monza in the rain before and it is very tricky. It required a lot of practice... Seems like if i am reading the weather properly we have a good chance of at least some rain for tonights race? If thats the case then the results table will be nicely shaken up because like you said avoiding cut track penalties with constantly changing conditions is going to be really tough. But hey, i'm up for the challenge!

[/quote] i hope i understand this correct, i think it is no chance of rain, in first letter i do read: wheather: DRY i hope this is correct? i had only done only a few laps and all of them in dry and i got many many cutwarnings if there is rain, i will be totaly slow, no time for practise in rain (and no motivation too ), i have a 2nd race tonight in R2P and i had done no practise for this race too. if i can do constant 1.42.high/1.43 racelaps without getting a stop/go penalty, then i will be more then happy (but i think i will be more then 1xtime in my pitbox tonight :'()

Was running ok in the Aston, got to 8th, staying out of trouble, until I hit a spinning fezza and broke suspension. Oh well, if it's not one thing it's another. See you all next week.

Where can I see what's been changed from S11 to S12 on the cars? Somebody made a winning car the butt of a joke.

Surprised myself in Quali, didn't expect 6th (was sitting happily in 5th until FreQ jumped ahead right at the end!) - my practice was pretty poor, so I was quite chuffed.
After last weeks debacle, I decided to go for 2 stops, to ensure I was always on good tyres and not too heavy on fuel, I was pretty sure this would be the most efficient way for me to run the race. So I had 20 mins of fuel on board, which I managed to extend to 25/30 minutes 'cause of our starting procedure. I figured I'd be able to run the rest of the race without a 2nd stop after that so put Mediums on all round to allow me to do that.
Only, I forgot to adjut my fuel, so I had fuel for about 40 minutes of driving for a ~55 minute stint! So that last large section of the race became an economy drive for me, managed to work my way back up to 6th and was cutting it really fine with fuel on the last 3/4 laps, had to go really slow and lost a place, and ran out of Fuel coming out of Ascari on the last lap, made it round Parabolica and 2/3rds of the way to the S/F line before I came to a halt. Everbody behind me was a lap down though, so I was able to keep my finishing position!
Banter, good fun that was - had some good close racing with folks too - cheers to those who I was side-by-side with into whatever corners, always kept clean - very good fun!
Apologies to Truetom though, I think I may have swerved across the track in front of him between the Lesmos as I had my own little moment having just lapped him!

not my race this was :'(
quali i did not good again, like last week, but 2nd place was good, ruskus was very fast. start i did not good and jayblue did overtake me, but a lister (freq) did overteke me too and i come to much in outside and got my 1st cutwarning, in 2nd laps again in 1st corner i got my 2nd cutwarning and then a orange car which did overtake me come little out of track and if he did rejoin in track we did touch eachother only a little, BUT i got a aerodamage. so after 2 or 3 laps i kicked this race away, not good. and the next problem is..in the aston, that if you have a aero damage you can not repair in pitbox, because then the pitbox repair the suspension? too, which cost 95 sec. extra. so i did drive complete race with aerodamage and 2 cutwarings. but after any laps i come in good rhytmn and my laptimes was ok, i was very concentrate not to make a 3rd cut. i did close the gap to freq step by step and if he did his early pitstop i was only 1 sec. behind. then i did lonely race, after my pitbox i come in front of freq out and i was in save 3rd place, laptimes was ok, but then i did totaly out of rhythmn after i did calculate, and it was so so so much difficulty to calculate if ruskus do cross the line in lap45 before the timecounter go to 0 sec., (after ruskus slow pacelap in start i was sure it will be only 45laps, ruskus was simply to fast), then i loose rhythmn, i did i xd change to no tyre change and 5 litres of fuel, for a quick fuelneed, if needed, and suddently i got 3rd cutwarning, no no no, short before end of race, i was down so much after this hard race. so i did make stop/go and freq did overtake me and i was 4th. good that ruskus did not 46laps, then i had to do another pit.
congrats to the winners and podiums.

All going ok until just before my stop when I let through a GT1 car and outbreaked myself into Para. Went downhill from there really with a couple of offs which cost about 3 mins in the pits for repairs and a stop/go for speeding All this to give me an ill handling car for the rest of the race. I still find these enduros so tough, especially in the quicker classes. Just glad to finish and almost embarrassed to walk away with a few team points after this. Congrats to both class winners and podies

Nice race. I had a good fight with David M early on and I am well chuffed that I did not get a stop and go. The corner cutting is spot on, the track is a joke without it. After David M fell back a bit, I did not have anyone to race. In the end I just concentrated on maintaining the gap behind me. Well done podiums. See you all next race.

Bit of a low turnout in GT2, hope it pick ups a tad. Much better choice/fun to be had here over GT3 The Bi-tty did have an advantage here and I'm delighted to ram it home. Unless we are at Monza every week I can't see it up front for long but it should be fun trying to hang on Has 5kg extra really scuppered the 430 TT? I hope so or maybe its just a Monza thing? GT1 gents were excellent and congrats to the winners there. Glad to see the connection held out Bob, no need to talk about it in quali next time
