Moderator's Report

Steve_T jumps a position during the formation lap. This mistake does happen from time to time. Please can all drivers make sure that they are aware of their position at the start of the race. I would give a warning for this but, no penalty has been requested.

  • Steve_T (SteveT)warning — Jumping a position on formation lap.
For advice only - unreported by victim, so penalty disregarded

Server replay time: 244s

picnic and Steve_T are fighting for position when they make side by side contact. picnic looses a good few seconds and it looks like he took some damage. picnic had just passed Steve_T and Steve_T made an immediate attempt to re pass. Steve_T uses all the available curb and a bit more and would have only just made the corner without the contact. However, picnic was only ever going to be make contact or hit the wall in avoidance. It looks like an over aggressive overtake attempt at that early stage of the race. Please use more caution in the early stages of an endurance race drivers. I would give a caution but no penalty has been requested.

Re-install of pack sorted it, cheers gents.

This ones one for the nimble cars, shame I'm in the RS as it feels way to heavy for this track. Swings and roundabouts I spose.

Just want to state my hate for this track Tongue Dont like, no real flow to it and with those long corners with no aiming point other than the walls i dont see the car lasting too long as it seems to like understeer.

well im struggling to get a 1.11 in a Streiff, happy at 1.12, just cant seem to get round it any faster, so I;ll probably sit this one out or i'll just be in the way on this go-kart track.

Yes Spanner it was but I see that the record is 1.09 in a streiff and the AI in a race was qualifying at 1.07 I think

So being 2 seconds away from lap record pace is too slow for you Steve? I'd be happy with that pace! lol

3 seconds Wink i just tend to struggle to a get setup and after hours of going through a setup procedure im not sure its any better than the default, this seems to be the case with most cars / tracks. Just lack of experience I guess.

I have a PB of a low 1.10 but I am expecting to be doing 1.11/1.12 in my GTC class TVR. Racing with the GT3's again. Grin

Viper embarrassing here. Was getting bumped too much while "racing" and too many lappers at the same time, I tried to hold my line or give room, but someone stuffed it behind me I think while trying to lap, sorry if I got in the way.
Dont like the track in anything so left so as to keep out of any more trouble
