Getting XD and learning how to use it shaved tons of time off my stops.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is XD?

I know you can set your fuel in the 'advance setup' menu in P&G, but from what you are saying Mike, in this XD thing you can setup tyre changes & other things before the race, is that correct. If so it seems like it is essential to be competitive.

Are all the races going to require pitstops? I can see the need for them in enduros, (which I'm a fan of) but for shorter races I think they can sometimes spoil a good race.

WOW! Ade had a real short stop!
That was my best pit stop ever  Shocked 24 seconds i think and I remembered to switch off repairs from the T1 L1 shunt up the trumpet.

Great job Ade on the win, nice going  Cool

Cheers MJ Smiley  thought i  had no chance of a win looking at some of the lap times in practice and me not getting below 2:05s before Qali.

Cheers to  Mike and Goldtop for stepping up to organise our P@G nights in  thumbup2 your loads better than that Legzy bloke Wink Grin

XD is add on utility that allows you to change pit settings while on track. It also allows you to monitor tire temps, pressures, etc... It is very helpful.

It's called Autosim Analyzer and I expect that I will turn up the link if I search for it on this forum.

I'll have a go.

What software does picnic use to produce the lap charts etc.?

The lap charts are generated by the AutoSim Analyzer - there's a link to it in the bottom right of each report.

That's how I found it.

Edit: Just tried it on the report that I linked to on this thread and it didn't work.
Edit2:  Think this will do it  http://autosim-analyzer.software.informer.com/1.6/

Sounds like another new way to have a big accident!   Grin
