Just to be clear about this new GPL etiquette - Tim usually takes the Lotus so its green tights. Was thinking about the BRM or Ferrai tonight - so I should be wearing black or red tights? Are fishnets acceptable substitute for black?

Very pleased I got rid of those green tights as this was a very enjoyable event bar the last few miniutes. I do like Monza.

Race 1 65's - got second so chuffed. It was a case of follow the three in front and remember that song ten (three) green bottles - luckilly for me two green bottles accidentally fell  
Race 2 69's - After some wobbly moments I was in a comfortable 4th. Passed a recovering Fezza a lap down and thought no more of it as only a lap or so to go. Said Fezza then proceeded to follow me by a warp-inducing hair's breath then, unsurprisingly, wham and race over on the last lap.

Thanks for the use of your server Nicky, and for the race results 

The 65 race was fun ...for me it was the 1st time in a Ferrari around Monza I think and it took me a long time in Qualifying to get things working. But then I got the gearing about right and Nicky gave me a great tow to put me on pole position.

My inexperience with the Fez showed at the start when I was left behind  managed to cling on for the 1 st few laps  and got myself up behind Natan's BRM and into 2nd spot.
I was so excited I forgot to brake as we approached Parabolica  .. too busy watching Natans tailpipes 

A recovery and another stoooopid mistake granted me a 3rd place finish. Which was probably more than I deserved.

The 69 race was even more eventful after Natan's  "incident" at T1  collected my car and deposited me in last place .
But, with a few retirements and a healthy dose of slipstream at times I eventually found myself in the lead  and cruised over the line.

It is noticeable how those guys who said they were struggling a few weeks ago with the 69 beasts are definitely getting quicker with every race we have.
