In the championship scoring it says that spanner only got 8 points for third and me and Legzy both got 6 Huh

I changed cars again so looks like i scored 8 rather than the 10 for 3rd.

A few too many mistakes as i was pushing quite hard all race meant I dropped back a bit too far to really do much in the end. Jose and API coming together early on meant i had API breathing down my neck and with the track slightly curved down to the first chicane and me looking backwards too long i went too wide onto the grass. Came out behind Legzy who managed to hold me up until he lost it again but then there was too big a gap to TT no matter how hard i tried to close it down.

Very dissapointing to see the low turn out, surprised to see Shark decided not to stay and the number of people DNF'd which i assume was for cutting.

The size of the field is appaling. Sad Can't blame the people to try something new, I guess. Though, for me, iR will never reach the level of GTR(2).

I was well off pace in the 430. I watched everyone drive into the distance in the opening laps and was on my own until I was caught by the GT1s. After half an hour and with no-one to race with, I parked it and watched some of the race from the garage.

If I'm honest I really only turned up to show a bit of support for these events in what is obviously a difficult time. Personally I find GTR2 very difficult and prefer GTL, which is why I've not been present so often this season. Talking of which, GTL experienced falling numbers a few months ago for reasons which have been discussed. Thanks to Tony's inventiveness and efforts, this seems to be turning round and the future looks very promising. I believe that for GTR2 to regain it's popularity, a similar initiative needs to be taken.

Just looked at the league table.

Congrats to Berger on joining the exclusive club of GT1 championship winners. Smiley

I'm grateful for your support, my man. Cool Same reason I join some of the PnG races, when I can. Smiley
Finale at Portimao should be an epic - providing there's someone to race with. I'm sure API will be there - as it should be. Smiley

API lost it all by him self, no 'Red Bull' style antics here  Tongue
