Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 340s

T2 of lap 1 and Gary brakes off-line into the corner unaware of Simon tucking in behind for the following series of fast corners.

Gary had just received a 'slow-down' warning and was backing off, due to the ambiguity of the iRacing system carrying on through the esses may have ended with a stop/go.

However, a collision was only just avoided with Simon just managing to avoid Gary.

Looks like I'm going to have to miss this one, a higher form of intelligence has arranged for us to do something else on Tuesday evening.

I'm working on the puppy dog eyes to try and change the situation but its not having much effect so far Angry

Regards
Gary

Not if he wants to keep his eyes where they are I suspect.

There are a lot of people missing there so I wouldn't be too sure.

Not turned a wheel since I stuffed the Mazda last week but just about ready to get back on the horse so to speak  Embarrassed

Hoping to find the groove fairly quickly tonight given it's a track we've used a few times  Smiley.

So sorry to Michael and anyone else who got caught up in my brainless act at the first corner. Sad    Gonna give these two championships a miss as im waisting my time at the moment and i defantly dont want to waste anybody elses.  Never seem to have these problems in the official races so need to take a step back and get these things sorted.

From the replay, it appears that when you hit Michael, he spins right round and clips my LR.  It was the merest of touches but the car was undriveable after that.  I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, I suppose.

No hard feelings though, Dan. Smiley

Left on lap 13 while in p8 through boredom.

I've been fairly negative so far to this car & in fairness tonight was not the cars fault, it was alright. If I reckoned there would be a sniff of someone to race with, I'd have kept going. Sad

Can't believe the number of drop outs in races Huh

No resets Wink

I messed up as well at T1, saw smoke and mayhem ahead so I decided to lock up and spin myself  :'( Car was bent as a result so I went slowly round hoping to pick up some places from those falling off elsewhere. Got up to my starting place but was losing several secs to the cars in front and could see the red labels of those coming around to lap me so bailed when I had a twitch as I really couldn't push the bent old girl. I whoever I had contact with in T1 was ok. Should have stuck to my Mazda mantra of not trying and starting at the back.

And people pulling out with perfectly sound cars doesn't help.

Sadly not.  A ton of car hitting my front right wheel in reverse didn't do it a lot of good.
