Bring it on - think this could be epic Then again, we could all end up parked in the gravel by the chicane

It should be a good warm-up for the "Six Hours of the Glen" special event too Looks like it's been cancelled

IMO the easiest track in iR, so I'll be having another try in the dp.

OK, I'll get the ball rolling this time. With a tweaked Silverstone setup, I'm running mid 1:43's on race fuel.

Looks similar to my race pace last season - I squeaked a 1:42.8 in qualifying. Haven't run here yet this week - barely done any laps in the Radical yet.

After 10 or so non-incident/crashes laps i managed to get into the 46's using a tweaked med-downforce setup. Surprised how much slower than i thought the final chicane would be, not easy to turn it in.

Oh ok, matter of interpretation. The last two corners are effectively a chicane, just very stretched out

I've only managed a 1:43.7 in my Q setup but the optimal is a 1:43.2 so hopefully there's a bit more to come.
Mid 1:44's with fuel.

Saw Reign Man was at the top of the charts in a practice session earlier so I felt obliged to go and pip him. One outlap and set the fastest lap of the session with a 43.9 on my first flying lap. Not sure if 19.8g will be enough fuel, and I think tyre wear could be a factor here because of all the fast corners. EDIT: perversely, despite it being a very fast track, I find I'm quicker with 10 rear wing instead of the usual 8. With 8 I don't have sufficient traction out of some of the faster corners.
