If everything works out I should be back for this one.

My broadband is due to be activated on Friday if but  I head down the road over the weekend.

I wonder how long it will take me to get back into the swing of things as it's been a while since I've turned a lap.

Hopefully last seasons setups are still good with the DP?

Think so.

Just had a quick (well .... moderately quick-ish) go with the car/track - feels really good to drive, although the "kink" is going to claim a few in practice for sure Cheesy

Possibly in the race too - I finished 2nd overall in the Radical in an official race yesterday and spent the first 10 laps or so battling some slow DPs; let one by me after he slipped off once and he then decided to try and go through the Kink flat out. Bad idea. Luckily for me the Radical stops as well as it corners!

Really, it took a little practice but I'm flat through the kink in the DP Grin

For qualifying I go flat out but during the race it's a little too risky.

Often short shifting up to 5th seems to help rather than changing just before entry.

My broadband is due to be up today, but I now need to go home on Tuesday.

Yes I'd agree with that Brian, it can certainly be done but a slight check for comfort in a race would be good.

I'm fairly amazed with how much grip the grass gives here, I have managed to go across it at very high speed without spinning.

The DP and Indycar are the best two off road cars!

The one time you spin on the grass is when 20+ cars are behind you. I've seen a few massive pile ups as all the cars bounce off the walls there.

The current Mazda isn't too bad on the green stuff either! Smiley
