Championship standings

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Power and Glory v2 from here, 2.1 patch from here and enable terrain patch.
(4) Drivers are reminded that they must select ISDN as their bandwidth, otherwise the stability of every-one's connection will be reduced.
(5) P&G has no 'Pit Speed Limiter' function. You may go as fast as you like in the pits, but please exercise caution. Penalties will be handed out for causing contact in the pit lane. Use your best judgement when making your pitstop during the race.

I edited the race announcement to point to the new championship standings page.

I'm torn on weather to say fortunately or unfortunately that I won't be able to make it to this 1st race in the series. I'll be doing a track day with my buddies at Lime Rock on Thursday. I'm going to try to keep up with their e36 M3 race cars in my Mazda RX-7 Turbo race car. I'm down 40 horsepower, but Lime Rock is more of a momentum track so I should have a chance.

Enjoy the race guys.

Don't think I will be able to make this due to ongoing family issues but I certainly endorse Legzy's comments.

Good luck with your first full blown race championship  thumbup1

No. Week B will feature a new car or group of cars every week in a single race sprint format with a reverse grid based on average finish position. Since week 1 will not have resutls to go on, we'll do a standard quali session.

I'm sure you're talent level is high enough to figure out fuel and tire strategy. Most cars in P&G can make the race distance on no tires or a 2 tire change. The little ankle biters are easy on tires for the most part and typically do not require changing. It doesn't take long to figure out fuel strategy.

hmm, sadly, as always there is a clear winner car here it seems and already every one appears to be choosing it  Sad

Good little club track this but will be a triumph fest by the looks of it. I wanted to take the Elite but i am just under a second slower in it.

Don't forget the fuel strategy component of the Elite. It sips fuel compared to the TR4. It is also very kind to it's ultra hard tires.
