I think we are all in the 1.05s, except the VDA guys in their washing machines in the 1.03s :'( 1:06.0 in the Tina so far. Will need to be back on tomorrow night.

Tried the washing machine last night & its as quick as the Alfa for me, 1.05.1 in both. In fact with a bit more practice with it I think the Abarth would be faster. Only thing with it is, it hates the kerbs, very easy to spin or even roll it, Alfa is quite happy over the kerbs, so I will probably go with that.

BTW, it's the Abarth "washing machine" that you want. EDIT: After checking the Mini and Abarth out, it looks like I will struggle. The best I could manage after a handful of laps was 1:06.983 in the Abarth!

You need to catch one of the VDA guys on the server to see how it's done. When I watched the bloke doing 1:03s he seemed to be going into top gear on the way in to the corner after going up the hill and then holding it to T1. The Arbarth can lap very quickly here ................ but not if it has an Alfa Jnr sat in front of it. I did some alien-baiting on Friday and they are out gunned on the straight and really struggle to get past unless you make a mistake. Or get hit.

Anybody going to practice on the server tonight ?
I'm not able to join the race tomorrow, but I'd like to see, just how fast you guys get around on this great track. Just managed a one-off 1.05.100 laptime in a GT Junior.

Hi guys, I've a little question for you. My friend Gianluca (il pinguo) would like to know if it's possible for him to take a car of the yellow group (the Abarth in this case), even if he's arrived in 6th position in the previous race, and he could have the chance to drive a green group car. Thank you in advance Hope to see some of you this evening for some training! Bye bye!

Pretty sure that he's allowed to drive cars in either the Orange or YELLOW group He may NOT drive a car in the green group Drivers with an average finish of 6 - 14.99 are restricted to cars in the Yellow and Orange groups.

Legzy, My rig farged up too Mine is a hardware issue. The MB is no longer in production so I am forced to upgrade. What a darn shame. Going Intel this time around. Hopefully be up by Sunday. I was going to race with you all this afternoon. I got the MINI down to 1:08's. With a little more precise driving I think I could shave another second or two. Well .... there is always the next race.

I'm not sure if I will be able to make it tonight guys. I need to prepare for tomorrow's race. The car needs to be dyno'd again.

Guys. To be safe, I changed the race distance from 60 minutes to 56 laps (which is approximately 60 minutes).

Well I think that bit actually works but how about the time of day setting? See post #21

Could you tell your team mates that the next one of them that flashes me continuously to get out of their way when their lapping me will be met with the biggest blocking driver they have ever met.
Anyone who has driven with me knows that I will get out of the way of the fast guys as soon as I can, but when I'm ready.
I get blue flags when I'm being lapped also I have XD so I generally know who is in front and who is behind me.
Thanks

That goes for me as too especially when its a corner and there's a nice straight bit after to get past safely (a bit more patience would be nice and don't expect me to jump out of the way as soon as you arrive on my bumper) Cheers Ade
