I have to say even with just 5 or 6 of us, that was the best fun I've had with my clothes on for quite some time. Even better than that set of rFactor fun races we did not too long ago that was a blast. GTL tonight was just an absolute raving hoot!

Having the minis sideways under braking and sort of having it all under control was just brilliant and doing all that whilst being side by side with 4 guys was just amazing.

The Cortinas too, fantastic, I think me and Greg were side by side for a whole lap at one point, brilliant!

The feel of these cars is just tremendous.

Not sure where Luis went? Shame he couldn't stay.

BTW, I've uploaded the replay of the mini race to http://ukgtl.simracing.org.uk/ as I'm sure some of us would love to see that again.

I am not sure I can bring myself to look at replay. You may notice that I put such a move on Greg, through last chicane, that I completely lost it for rest of race (laughing so much). Amazing game  Grin (hang in there pops its worth it).

Did suffer poor fps at times though, especially with headlights on. Hopefully a patch will accompany the UK launch or many are going to have similar difficulties.

Not sure where Luis went? Shame he couldn't stay.

I got 2 CTD. After the second I wasn't able to get in time for the race.
I went for some GTR online, where for me things are much better. At least I don't get CTD systematically.
Then I returned to GTL but the races ended already and the server was no more.

Hope to join for the next one, but I'm not that happy with online of GTL, mainly cause of the damned CTD I get all the time.

Luis, I have the same problem and one thing that was suggested last night was changing the game priority in the .PLR file, not tested it yet, but might be worth a try

Thx, Jamera. I will try that to see how it goes.
