That is a badly constructed sentence. You could actually read it that Oulton Park is already available and Okayama will be available in 2011. Oulton is the only track in that list that is not currently on the system. I wonder if they've forgotten that they haven't actually released it yet!!!!!!!

As a committed single seater man non of the free car content really interests me, but any free tracks will be gratefully accepted. Although I'd still rather have Oulton out there asap.
