Your suggestions please!

Couple of suggestions come to mind;

1) Run the Mustang somewhere fun (Maybe one of the alternate Watkins layouts?). I'm not sure how many people have this car though.

2) Give Zandvoort another go in the Mazda as that seemed to have been one of the most exciting races we've had and I get the feeling there's some 'unfinished business' still to be settled Wink Perhaps run it for 60 mins with a stop?

3) We could go old school and give the Skippy a run on a new track, maybe Mid-Ohio.

4) You could all see sense and buy the SK Mod so we could run the new Tour Modified at Thompson  whistling laugh

The Mustang was running at Watkins on the Cup config during the 24 heures du fun - that was fun to run on, and would give some cracking racing I think.

I'd be happy to run Zandvoort in the Mazda again - great race last time .... wasn't it Pops Wink

If we've got some new-to-iR types joining for next season, then the Skippy would be a good option, one of the shorter Zandvoort configs would work for that too.

I wouldn't say no to another Mazda/Zandvoort.

What about Advanced Legends at Summit for something really different. iR have done this and it was great fun revving those things along that bumpy little track.

Be nice to use one of the other cars. We've had a season of Mazda, so a fun race with them seems overkill. How about the Radical at Road Atlanta or Barber Motorsports? We've done Watkins quite a bit and the thought of another race at Infineon, VIR, Summit, Laguna, Road America or Sebring makes me want to fall asleep.

I'm thinking tentatively Mosport and Barber for next season, so that might be a good choice of track.

Shark, I think I agree on not using the Mazda, probably overkill, you can have too much of a good thing! Smiley

Ditto on everything he said.

Regards a fun race, I have two suggestions:
1) The Indy or Skippy somewhere.
2) Something we've not tried.

Personally I'm not a big fan of either Indy or Skippy, but they seemed to have a popular following here & so would be nice for those drivers.
I also like the idea of trying the advanced Legend on a road course, I think someone suggested.

The only tracks I can see getting dropped permanently are Lime Rock and Summit because I don't think they suit the cars we're using.

Adding more tracks give more flexibility and will lead to not every track being used each season to give more variety, you'll notice Laguna Seca wasn't scheduled this season.

Although we might be using a few of the same tracks - there's a good few layout's we've not used.  Granted there's a fair bit we'll have seen already though.  The shortest ones mightn't really be usable in the bigger/faster cars, but I'd certainly like to have a look at the others.

There's only a finite number of tracks we can use...

Next season we'll have almost all the road-only tracks. As I said earlier, I'll be giving some of the tracks we've overused a rest.

Any chance of adding Road Atlanta to the tracklist?
