Resets: One fast tow permitted

Start: Standing start

Flags: local only

Password: see above

Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKiR Rules - particularly the rules about general conduct and in-game chat messages.

NOTE: All sessions protected by the main password, there is no seperate 'pre-event practice'

A couple of notes re. Blue Flags during qualifying and race where they differ from GTR2;

Blue Flags during qualifying - if you see a blue flag during qualifying it will be on your outlap and the driver approaching is on a hotlap. Please take this into account and act accordingly. The driver behind does not know you are on an outlap so no rash moves out of the way please  Usual SRouk rules / guidelines should be applied.

Blue Flags during the race -  if you see a blue flag during the race it means the driver approaching is about to lap you. Please take this into account and act accordingly. It differs from GTR2 in that you will not be penalised for not allowing the lapping driver to pass within a certain period. The flag is informational only. Usual SRouk rules / guidelines should be applied.

Not to mention the Late Model depicted looks suspiciously like an Impala... Cheesy

Setup for this track available from the Team Shark garage...

Gaaah. This starts the week I go on a Friday to Friday holiday, missing at least the first one and potentially the other one too as it will depend on when I return.

Have fun and hope to join in when I'm back.

No worries Simon, there'll be plenty more Late Model action don't worry Wink

The plan is to do these two events which will take us up to Week 13, when I think Pops also has a fun event planned. I'll skip that one as I think it'll be overkill otherwise and continue as normal the week after that.

I'm prepared for it being one of those series that people will dip in and out of given it's a Friday night but hopefully we'll still get the numbers to have plenty of fun!

Cool

I'm too "old" and grumpy to go out partying on a Friday, so it's usually a free night for me.

P.S. Like the signature.  Wink

Can we just check whether the times are correct, i.e. did you mean
  P 19:00 BST
  Q 22:10 BST
  R 22:20 BST
as it occurs to me that a lot of people use GMT to mean "UK time", which it isn't during the summer...

I'm hoping the intention was BST as 22:20 is getting a bit late to start a race for little old me.

Ah nice once for pointing that out Dave, the intention was definitely BST - I'll amend the flyers accordingly this evening!

Really looking forward to stretching my iRacing legs (the limbs not my esteemed Oldie colleague  Grin) having missed the Mazda race this week. How we doing on laps - anyone put any practice in yet?
