Thanks all, that was good fun, nice to switch off and forget about points scoring for a change.

The race itself was quiet for me, at least after a manic lap 1. As others fell off I found myself 2 seconds behind a Villeneuve/Arnoux style scrap between Ickx and Vix who, despite compromising each other's lines, remained just out of my grasp. I really wanted to join in, and felt like a kid with his nose pressed up against the sweet shop window 

With 3 laps left they had a big bump at Abbey and one of them barrel rolled into the scenery leaving me to cruise to 4th, although I noticed a fast recovering Steve Bird was gaining on me.

Couldn't enter race 2 as I'm yet to try that mod but perhaps in the off season I will get a chance. Does BREASTS have a break like UKGPL?
