Try renaming the end of the file name, Remove the [1] and replace it with .exe then double click and it will auto install.

I'm still debating whether to race as I'm struggling with consistency. Got an okay 1.08 but most of my laps are dead ducks in the c6r. I did, however, enjoy watching the Ai rolling their cars as they tried to ride the curbs on the last chicance.

heh, oh dear, only found out this afternoon when i tried to join the server, that i was running an old version of thruxton that looked and handled completely different to the 09 track so had to start again setup wise and practise ! Got down to 1:07's race trim though Challenging track this, hope it doesnt get too messy in the uphill braking zones for the chicanes. People will have to be careful not to rear end others there and use a tad of patience.

i am not sure if it is good if i do drive this race. i did my first 20laps and i am 1.07.xxx in racesetup, but totaly not constant, the track looks so much easy but is so hard to drive, i do never found the correct raceline and it is always luck if i can get the fast corners good or bad. i do not understand the weather forecast what he will tell, but i realy realy hope for no rain, 0 laps in rain i did and i am sure i do spin in every lap on this track. perhaps i had should start practise more early, but i was thinking during week i can not drive this race. finish this race AND make no accident to other car is main goal for race, doing a podium place is nearly not possible i think. learning new tracks i do not realy like, no idea what to do with setup in this track?

Phew that was an intense hour ! Great race despite the unfortunately low turnout. Qualied well in 5th? behind the fast guys, even outpipping my illustrious team mate TT Car setup felt reasonably good but wasnt sure how it would handle the rain in the race. Made a few tweaks to soften it slightly and put soft slicks on the front, med slicks rear. Started well, chasing API for a few laps before we caught a re-emerging lazlow who i chased hard for a few laps but API shot off into the distance. Spent most of my race chasing or being chased hard by Craske for 3rd and our great duel lasted the entire race with both of us getting past at some point. My stop went well with no problems but Craske just pipped me, emerging just ahead from his stop. Got past him a few laps later But with only 3 minutes on the clock, in 3rd place, and 3-5 sec lead over him, i got a squirelly back end at the first chicane under braking, car clipped the kerb and up-ended me onto my nose, losing me all my gained time and Craske nipped past as i tried to recover :'( Gutted as thought id get a very rare GT1 podium finish Finished 4th, great duel, tough race. I thought the track was great for these cars and even these conditions..t'is Thruxton after all ! and a dry race would be even better. Well done to Berger, API and craske for the podium.

shocking track, I had an off and that lap wasn't counted, meh! Did you travel a lot on the grass before rejoining? Maybe it considered you gained too big an advantage? Sorry to hear you didn't like it. I can't remember driving a track like that in GTR2 before, very tricky in a GT1 even in the dry... so a race that only had a short dry period just made it funny! Had some good scuffles, mostly with Spanner, but gambled on a two stop strategy & lost Shame about the turn out, I guess between it being a bank holiday weekend & obviously a challenging track/car combination. Hopefully we see a few come back for Okayama in a fortnight

Sort of fun. Passed after people fell off, then caught and eventually passe APEX after a good tussle, then went into the fast left before the right up to church, was away from kerb, and I "hit" something, like an invisible parked car sent me off onto the grass and wasted 10 laps of hard work, not best pleased, carried on, pitted for fuel only left my meds on, as they would just last. Had a battle at the end with HAL, he would catch through the fast part then I would hold my own through the tight stuff, he kept falling off so i was getting away with it nicely The I put a wheel up the left final chicane kerb and spun, dropping ten or more secs, too many laps remaining to hold him off. Shame about the weather, a bit of rain in the middle is "interesting" almost constant rain is one to miss for me.

Sorry to hear you didn't like it. Ah "shocking" lol yeah sorry about the hot reaction. I liked the track, always nice to have something different, I was just annoyed that the bug caught me like that. I went off coming out of the early slow right-left-right section, TT saw that and I wasn't warned about cutting, it's just a bug of the track, intermediate 1 (end of sector 1) line is not wide enough to cover the grass

hehe what can I say, should really have finished 4th but thanks to MJ's miss fortune I bagged myself a podium.
Personally I think that car/track combo was alright, and the rain just helped to keep me tyres cool, which in the dry were getting a bit hot.
congrats to every one that finnished and thanks to the guys that make it all happen.
