Just gave this car a few laps and it's a horrible little thing so I'm going to give this one a miss this time.

Good fun that  Smiley...Couldnt keep the pace during the race and dropped back from 3rd to 5th by the end with John and Dave passing me.   John spun at the last corner and i spun in sympathy which was pretty pathetic  Cheesy

Cheers

Yep, good fun after a shaky start. Arrived very late to the party and only had the chance to do a handful of laps before qualifying. Took Ade's setup and lowered it by one click at both ends and qualified on that, not very convincingly though as I was ahead of only two cars.

Didn't know about the grid bug so foolishly revved me engine and found myself slowly rotating to the right until I was facing directly at the car on the other side of the row in front. Fortunately I was able to get away safely from that rather precarious position and was soon picking up positions from spinners. For the race I'd added an extra click of camber to both front tyres and it was working better, letting me catch the battle between Dan and Bernie.

Dan was my first legitimate pass, taking a speculative look down the inside into Copse and surprising myself a bit making it stick. laugh After a few laps I was able to pull away from Dan enough to break the tow and he dropped back, whilst Bernie was making the odd mistake and allowing me to close. Most people were taking a wide line into the Maggotts which was probably faster but left no room for error and an inviting gap, which I duly stuck my car in at the first opportunity when it finally came, getting my nose ahead down the National Straight and then sealing the deal round the outside of Brooklands.

With just one lap to go I had to defend staunchly and shut the door firmly in Maggotts, getting a 0x Contact ad Bernie looked at the inside. I was a bit alarmed to see him half spin but glad when he got going again without losing a place. angel

Well done Adam Miles on yet another emphatic victory. Smiley alien

Can't say that was much fun. For me the car is just too hard to keep under control and once the back end went I was a passenger Sad

Once Adam got close to lapping me I dived in to the pits so one of my spins/offs didn't spoil the race of someone with some talent.

Nice move Wink  i saw you go to the inside in my mirror but as soon as i lost sight of you i didnt have a clue where you were , i probably could have closed the door but chose to give you some room instead of risking a collision which in these cars would have made us both spin no doubt.

The FFB felt great in this car ,  could really feel when the inside front wheel was of the ground.

Thanks for hosting this, it was rather good fun.  I love the Legends on the road courses, so easy to go everywhere sideways.

Some quite good battles working my way from mid pack, to the back of the pack, back to the middle of the pack.  I seemed to have more luck keeping it on the road than others, very easy to catch when it starts to go, I think my setup must be different from some of yours.

Anyway, thanks gain.
