This car just seems to highlight everything i love about iR. I have fantastic feel through the wheel, and I'm in complete control! Yes yes yes, I can carry loads of speed through the corners! This is amazing  tt1

It is pretty wobbly at low speed, and there's not much feel there.  It's just something you have to get used to Sad

I've also got 1:49.3 with an optimal of 49.0

I am clearly doing something wrong.

I also do not like the feel of this car,  it does, just feel wrong.  I find you have to be gentle on the throttle to keep it pointing forward.

I am currently doing laps in the 2:01/00 range, and have an optimal of 1.57.

I will get some more practice this afternoon, and see if I can improve this lap time.

In the slow stuff, you do need to be smooth with the throttle.  The default setup is a bit rubbish, it doesn't produce anywhere near enough downforce.

Yep, there's 5.5 of us marooned in the race an hour early and I've already crashed out once. Embarrassed

Really sorry guys - my cock up, had a last minute dash to catch up a train up to Scotland and only just had time to set up the server. Less speed more haste required clearly as I stuck the wrong practice period in as you may have noticed!!

So sorry to those of you who put the practice time in - I'll be running this one again to make up for it.

Result and replay will be delayed until I'm back.
