I just saw this too. I'm actualy quite excited that I will be tossing out all my setups and starting from scratch. It's also good to hear the developers anticipate the gap between the aliens and mortals will shrink. It will take time for the community to collect data on vehicle performance and characteristics. It may be difficult to run handicap races until the data is collected.

i wouldnt worry about handicap races when its first released Mike. It will be much more beneficial to allow free range for a couple of months to allow everyone to try out the various machinery and find out what they like best, not to mention encouraging fuller grids  Smiley
