Excellent track choice Mike. When I said 'stupid track' during practice session, it was because I left my garage, through the wrong side of pit lane and got a DQ. It was nothing to do with the track layout.
As I replyed to you, I had race here before and liked it very much. Thank you for your effort Mike.

Apologies to the Corvette in front of me which I touched at the start. Really must learn that old circuit the green light is still operative...  

Thanks for JPV and Tibernius for the fights, after the s/g I was afraid it was going to be a lonely race.. but it wasn't  

Oh, and sorry for the flashing lights in the pits.. won't happen again

It really felt nice to race again. It was great to be out there dicing with everyone.

The start was action packed. The lights were confusing with the 4 red lights out/pause/then green. I did a practice start and noticed the green so I waited. Somebody in a red fezza was facing the wrong direction between the exit of turn 1 and the chicane. I juked left to try to avoid, but I must have driven right into the path of a car traveling much quicker from behind. I launched up into the air as the car from behind drove under me.

At this point I think I was 2nd from last and put my head down to claw my way through the field in the first few laps. I managed to get up to Marco, Ade and Guieseppie. The 4 of us had a tremendous battle the remainder of the race.

Thanks for putting up with me, my absence and disorganization this season. It is very challenging not being in such a different time zone. Work got in the way much more this season than it did last season.
