Season 20 - Novices Trophy

The rules for the Novices Trophy are the same as last season.

Please check the Season 20 pages for details regarding rules and the Novices Trophy pages in particular.

The races will be run as follows:

Car set: 65 F1 only
Date: Every second Tuesday from 12 October 2010
Time: 9:00pm London UK Time (30 mins practice, race starts at 9:30pm)
Race Length: Long
Damage Model:  Intermediate
Server: UKGPL_5
Race List: IGOR

I'll be back for more this season, might do Amateurs depending on a few factors, will have a chat with the mods about it before the first race.

No doubt I will be put in a slower chassis but it will good for me to drive something other than the Lotus. Nice to see Mike back in the fold, and a warm welcome to the newest Waza, Paul.

just toddling off to install the `65 mod - i havent played it in 5 years!!! I seem to recall it being somewhat easier than the 67`s.....
my aim for this season is to steadily develop my pace and skills through the season. I expect to be off the pace for the first few rounds but hope to be "in the pack" by the finale.

Yeh I hope to be 'in the pack' at the end - i'll have to pace myself so as to get lapped at the right time for that to happen  laugh

I haven't registered yet but I will probably go for one more season in Nov's - not sure I'm ready to move up yet, a season as the division runt in Am's isn't inspiring, and my band duties will cut down my practice time.
So Lotus for me  Grin - seriously it could be interesting to see how I fare in the Cooper...

just out of interest what sort of lap times are we looking at for Mosport? i got into the 1:34`s quite easily in the ferrari last night.
oh and Vosblod - band duties? what do you play?
