Flags: local only

Password: see above

Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKiR Rules - particularly the rules about general conduct and in-game chat messages.

NOTE: All sessions protected by the main password, there is no seperate 'pre-event practice'

A couple of notes re. Blue Flags during qualifying and race where they differ from GTR2;

Blue Flags during qualifying - if you see a blue flag during qualifying it will be on your outlap and the driver approaching is on a hotlap. Please take this into account and act accordingly. The driver behind does not know you are on an outlap so no rash moves out of the way please  Usual SRouk rules / guidelines should be applied.

Blue Flags during the race -  if you see a blue flag during the race it means the driver approaching is about to lap you. Please take this into account and act accordingly. It differs from GTR2 in that you will not be penalised for not allowing the lapping driver to pass within a certain period. The flag is informational only. Usual SRouk rules / guidelines should be applied.

Doh! That's a shame Kruger, there's no way around it - you'll just have to cancel your plans Smiley

Hoping for a good turn out for this one - I know it's not exactly the most popular of cars but around this fairly simple track we all know I'm hoping we should be able to have some fun. I saw some footage of an iRacing league race here a while back and they were swapping places constantly.

Just hope I can learn to change down LOL.

Apology not accepted - 10 place grid penalty for you at the next one.

What a waste of those Jetta skills - you could have been sipping Moet this Friday night Pete!

There's a fact: in a Fairy Tale as a young Prince on a white horse you battle the dragon and after defeating it you marry a princess. In reality it all gets a bit mixed up: as a young Prince you do a shortcut and directly marry the dragon. Cheesy

Something changed in the meantime so I migth be available for the race - though, if I disappear mid race, its been nice knowing you all  death

Just a quick question: Quali is only 5 minutes, right? And, what times should I be looking for with Jetta at Summit?

Nice one Kruger, lets hope you're not dragged away then - yep qually's 5 mins, means you only get a couple of chances to nail the lap which I like!

Very good times are low 1:23's so just a fraction behind the Skippy pace when it was here - I think 22's are possible.

1:23.754 is the best I've managed so far. Turn 3 is a great place to lose loads of time - many laps I went in there .7 or .8 up and lost it all in that one turn.

Not to worry Dave, I'll jump on and show you how it's done a little later  turned

Is T3 the tight left btw?

It's the evil left over the crest that'll either roll you off the curbs on the left or send you into the gravel on the right.

Ah yes, that one is seriously frustrating - reckon I've probably found the right turn in point once since I've been driving the circuit!
