Because forum spam is once again on the increase, I've installed two new modifications to the forums, Project Honeypot and httpBL. If the forums ask you to complete some questions, possibly including a CAPTCHA, do not be alarmed. Answer the questions and you will be permitted to carry on as normal.

My thanks to Ian Bassi for being the unwitting first guinea pig for the changes. Grin

Is it me or do those CAPTCHA images get more and more difficult to decipher every month?

That's 'cause the robots get better and better at decoding them. Sad

Help - for some reason the system suddenly thinks I am 'malicious' and is throwing up the spam screen. This would not normally be a problem as I just have to answer 2 questions.
The problem is it is blocking me from going into our homepage (www.ukgpl.com) - when I type it I get the spam questions then, when answered correctly, it throws me straight into the main srou forum instead of the UKGPL frontpage  Sad
I am using my usual computer / IP address.
