Hope I can get the same speed during quali / race tomorrow

Take your meds and calm down Clive  Wink

If i had known you was on the server would have joined you as just had an unexpected spell of free time. 1:36:016 PB for me now  Smiley Praccy does seem a bit dis-jointed lately, maybe we need to state some un-official times/days and see if we can get a few more heads on track. I alas usually just grab a spare half hour whenever i can.

Hello guys! I would like to see if I solved my issues with the track, but your server seems to be offline at the moment.

However I tried some laps offline with the Z06 and with the L76 Roadster. The second one is sensibly faster! 1.34.0 after 5-6 laps, but with the chance to go surely under a little bit more.

I'm not an engineer, you know... but this is my L76 setup: http://www.humyo.com/FCrSYMC/L76%20roads%20.svm?a=QEChdNU5iws

Just seen this, will have to decide between C2 Coupe or the Falcon I think.
Expect me near the back as I don't even have the track yet!  Grin

Open night at my kid's new school, so hoping I'll be able to sneak in at the end of quali if we're back in time.

Buggar, buggar buggar .......... why didn't I do as I had planned? I Should have started from the back off the grid, but I was tempted to mix with the top drivers.
Not a good idea,... had a slow start and ended up in the danger-zone = midfield - - - and wupti ... yet another DNF for old Hotkeys
Embarrassed  Someones car spun in front off me in turn one, and I wasn't fast enogh to avoid hitting it - damage didn't seem to bad, but it was ..  the car was too difficult to handle.

Argghhh.... a lot of practice for a 12 second race  Tongue Tongue.

Hope you guys had a good one, the track was nice.

Mmmm,  made it mid-race and went for the pitstop.
The guys were ready but where ever I parked the car they didn't do anything. So just quit after pressing every button in 2 minutes time
I probably did something wrong .

Sorry Senior Dan, for the contact on the straight just after the start. Was behind you and couldn't break on time.

Oh Kippers  Sad
That was going really quite well for me, had some great dices at various points and managed to Manji about half the track while battleing Clive Grin (I hadn't changed tyres - not that you could tell! lol ) and then with about 7 to go I managed to get catapulted off a wall and into space after a moment of distraction  hammer

Good race overall, but a bit disappointed with myself.

Sorry to Ade for the punt... didn't think you'd be that slow whistling
Managed to finish 6th despite having 3 major offs, all of my own doing Roll Eyes

Still, it's always a pleasure to lap MJ a couple of times Kiss

Apologies to Mark,
Watched the replay and you were right of course it was a very stupid place to slow down and wait for the other car.

If you overshoot the pit, the crew will not service you (even if you back up). You must complete another circuit and try again. I slow to pit very early so I don't have a chance to overshoot.

I really enjoy the track. It is easy to learn, but very difficult to master. When driving on the edge, it is possible to hook the outside rear on curbing so I had to be careful of that in a couple places.

Lorenzo just pipped me by .02 in quali, but I was happy to be on the front row. I caught a great light at the start and left everyone behind giving me a nice comfortable gap to work with the entire race. Manteos, Lorenzo and I think Guieseppe were battling for 3rd so that allowed me to put my head down and increase my lead. Between laps 4 - 10, my dog was really bugging me. He wanted to go out to do his business, but I simply couldn't give up the lead for him. Luckily he held on till the end. Needless to say I wasn't performing my best at that time while he was whining and walking between my chair and pedals. It was a big distraction.

Manteos was slowly closing in on me before the pit, but I was still comfortable with a 10 second lead at the pit. He took too much fuel leaving him a further 13 seconds back after the pit so the race was mine to lose at that point. Not too long afterwards, I caught up to the battle for 3rd through 6th. That was a fiercely contested battle. It was huge fun mixing it up with those guys. FullMetalGasket in the black Z06 was drifting like a man possessed. It was awesome to watch. Once I made my way through, I simply put my head down to close out the deal.

Congrats to Lorezo for fast lap and to Manteos and Ade for the podium places.

1 more track on home soil (I want to build up a little lead before heading to Europe). See you guys at Road America.

Another stupid question... Did you switched off your engine when the pit list appeared? If you didn't, the pit crew doesn't start the pit stop.

Fantastic race for me this evening!!! Some nice overtake between me Giuseppe and Lorenzo, during the first laps let Mike to escape from the group and take a good advantage on us. It was a pity when Lorenzo and Giuseppe had an accident, because by that moment I started to turn alone for at least 40 minutes till the end of the race.

Great pace showed by Mike and especially by Lorenzo, that without a bad start, would have keep quietly Mike's pace. But we will never know this Smiley

Thx all for another good race! Cu for the next!
