Personally I'd prefer Saturday night as it genuinely isn't a work night.

For endurance races I'd prefer Sundays. Saturdays are too often affected by family / social stuff, but on Sundays there is often the chance to get some practice during the day. I think enduros whould be 80 rather than 60 minutes.
Has the subject of mixed class racing been discussed yet?

Yes, but only as far as without decent numbers there is no chance of having mixed class racing.

Of course you need decent numbers, but the league has traditionally run mixed class endurance races. If you want to attract new drivers then there is a need to offer something different from the standard iRacing fare. It also used to be the case that the faster drivers gravitated to the faster class and vice versa, so the racing wasn't as compromised as it might have been.

Skippy v Williams could work if you have a different number of laps to complete for either car. Might be fun for a Friday night.
I'd obviously look into trying to make it but I know it would be difficult and possibly politically unacceptable to SWMBO

Of course the other annoying thing about multiclass is having to buy all the cars involved. When are they going to fix that?!

Sunday Enduro's !! ... all my prayers answered! Bring it on!
Can I add, in for a penny in for a pound, lets not limit ourselves to free tracks. Tough on those who can't afford etc. but iRacing is a commitment from my point of view! Either you're in or your out!?

so is the plan to shunt the GT racing aside so you IR fanboys can cosy up on a sunday night? or will the two under attended series run concurrently? If the former, what night will future gt racing take place? ............tumble weed rolls through....... Sadly its plain as day that this site is losing its drivers to other racing websites whatever format they prefer

I think people are working on the assumption that opinions are now polarised, so that there are very few if any drivers who would consider doing both. If that is the case then it costs neither group anything for the other to race the same night.
