Hmmmmm. Pretty much split down the middle again.  The results suggest to me that we should make some attempt to accommodate GTR Evo races. I now realise that if I had put only 2 options, 'gtr2 only' or 'alternate GTR2 and Evo' and forgot about 'Evo only' then 'alternate between GTR2 and Evo' would have won I think. However, I will have to follow the results as they are now because people may have many different reasons for their votes, so I propose 1 full season of UKGTR (8 races) and 1 half season of GTR2 (4 races) followed by 1 half season of GTR Evo (4 races). So for 8 weeks we have GTR2 only and then for the other 8 weeks we have GTR2 and GTR Evo on alternate Sundays. Does this sound OK to people? This way we are following the results of the poll but, still giving Evo a chance as the results were so close and giving a bit of time to decide on the cars to use in Evo. I also have to confirm that the race results and standings tables and things like that can allow for a 4 race season. I think it can be done. |

Especialy 'cause there are explanations missing. Come on guys, I won't hold it against you.  GTR2 sucks  . Especially the netcode What is netcode? You've mentioned this issue before Jeff, but I've never known what you mean. Just curious  |

It can, seasons can be any length you want. p.s. You have provoked an idea H@L. Would it be worth splitting the season of eight in two too. So effectively you could have something like: U14a GT2's & U14b LMP2's alternating weeks for 4 weeks each (total 8 weeks). Then U14c SGT500's & UK Evo1 alternating for 4 weeks. That would be the length of a normal 16 week GTR2 season, but we'd have tried four different options out & non for too long. Just an idea mind, so nobody flame me please  |

Poll is, as usual, a bit inconclusive. So why rush into a season based on its results? Try some Evo and GTR mods and simply see which is well attended? Can I just add that not too much should hang on polls. Its a fudge or worse still we get a mod like the Clio one  |

I'd rather see them introduced sooner so would prefer legzys idea.
You only get the more vocal people voting in the polls, never accounts for the silent majority.

It could just as easily be a non-championship group of races, purely for testing. It's just that being a series you'll likely get more attending... You could also double them up, so the four races with SGT500's are half of one season, maybe the LMP2 four races being the 2nd half of that season (total eight races) & you end up with a Gtr2 Mod Champion Let's keep this glass half full chaps |

I will be around too, whenever I can. A pitty we can't test a WTCC race with the Diesel Leons and with the VW Scciroco and Vauxhall Vectra. Maybe next time. |

EDIT: I don't get it. Are these driver's cars morons? Am I a moron? Noone ever seen a WTCC race? A man only drive a RWD car? There are many of BMWs and Mercedes to chose.  |

Keep your feathers down, PR. It's just that majority here doesn't like front powered cars. And Clio didn't improve this feeling. I think either FWD isn't very best simulated here or we don't know how to drive it 'cause it's too much different from RWD cars. I don't have anything against WTCC league here, but in this case I will take the RWD car until someone convinces / helps me to be competitive with the FWD car. Bring on classes from Race's possibilites.  |
