Hi. I'm new to simracing.org. I saw a hosted event on iRacing and thought I'd watch to see how the events ran but was unable to find a spectator password. I found the event password and the "usual practice" password, neither of which worked for a spectator session. Did I just miss it somewhere.

It should be the same as the password to access the race - found on this page:

Thanks, Adam, that's what I thought too. I tried what I think is the event password (I followed the "See above" link on the Server Password line) and I got a "The password you entered is incorrect for this session" iRacing error message. The only other password referred to on the page is the "Usual Practice Password" link and that resulted in the same error.

Did you try a blank password? That's the only other thing I could think of.

Thanks, Dave. Didn't think of trying a blank. I'll remember that, though. I suspect it might have had something to do with how I copied & pasted the PW but not sure.
