How does the 906 compare to the RSR in terms of lap time btw?
Hard to say for sure since I'm no alien, but I think the RSR is probably a tad faster on an all out lap, but the 906 is easier to do consistent race laps in.

Where is the engine in the 906? Front, back or mid?

Those old cars are so beautifully low spec.
2 litre, mid engine, 4 gears, 220bhp, still 30bhp short of my beautiful S2000.  Grin Top speed is higher though!

Reminds me of learning to drive, well apart from the 2 litres (that's about 1100cc more than the car I learnt to drive in  Wink, same number of gears and probably had 100x more grip than my old ma's Talbot Sunbeam)

I got my copy now, and I have to say its nice driving different cars, unlike GTR where your basically setting them all up to be the same, its impossible virtually on this so you have to modify your driving style. I like that. As for setting up, it'd be nice if they supplied some defaults, sure you can download some, but as usual most of them are crud and SimBin seem to make things hard sometimes http://forum.rscnet.org/showthread.php?t=233222
