Vos gets a slow start and Sam (legitimately) goes to the left to pass him. Vos tries to go a fraction right to allow room and ends up losing control and spinning right into Rick so ending his race.
Normally this could be considered pure driver error and a racing incident BUT, aside from a bad start, Vos made a conscious error in trying to move over. He should have just kept straight and left it to the overtaking driver to make a clean pass.
Under the circumstances a Warning to make a clean start and avoid any sudden moves is appropriate.
