OK, I will use my brain before typing this time.

I was thinking that the chain reaction of people letting off the limiter happens faster than it does. I was thinking of the people at the back releasing the limiter before they got to the S/F line but, that of course does not really happen. The releasing of the pit limiter pretty much always happens as cars are crossing the S/F line anyway.

With some cars not having pit limiter lights it may be better to change the rules as suggested.
